Bhunte is very upset today. One of his African friends- Baako- was hunted down by some bunch of humans- for ‘fun’. Bhunte always wanted to meet Baako and had a great plan. Baako was just three years old. Baako’s mother, too, was shot dead. It’s very bereaving to see how Bhunte is losing members from his herds and others due to rapid degradation of their homes. And now, he too is pained by the loss of his cousins in Africa. ‘Hunting is fun and entertaining for humans-but, do they even realize that they are killing our mothers, sisters, brothers, and cousins for fun! To get those sparkling bracelets on their wrists and leathery bags to show off? We too share the bonds with each other- stronger than what humans share with their conspecifics! It bereaves me…’ Bhunte introspected.

Many Baakos are going to lose their mothers, fathers, their lives and on the top, their rights to live as the free animal! Do you still consider ‘hunting’ or ‘killing an innocent’– as fun? Well then, the dark future awaits!
